Bow & Drape announced today a collaboration with fashion illustrator Katie Rodgers of Paper Fashion. Presale for the collaboration will be available on the site starting today February 19th, and shipping will begin March 15, 2014.

Remember the super cute Lacoste bag that was sold out in minutes? That same designer is taking her talents over to Bow & Drape for a new customization collaboration, where women are able to personalize clothes for their own individual style. Katie let us know she is "thrilled to see my artwork translated to beautifully designed clothing! Bow & Drape brings new life to my watercolor paintings."

Bow & Drape is a young, US manufactured fashion brand that just raised $1.2 million in funding, with investors such as Vegas Tech Fund (run by Tony Hsieh of Zappos). With Bow & Drape you can make your own personal statement with the platform’s customization tools. You can change the neckline or color of a dress, add appliqués or an inside joke to a sweatshirt or even your name to the back of a bikini.

How to “make it yours” with Bow & Drape:

  • Customize swimwear, sweatshirts, T-shirts, pants, dresses, accessories and more
  • The “design studio” lets you see actual creations as you build and produces photo-realistic garments on screen
  • Explore different appliqués & patterns; there are over one million possible build-your-own combinations
