The Lincoln Avenue Square Roots Folk Festival, on Lincoln Avenue between Montrose and Wilson. Four stages, lots of performers. Friday from 5 - 10 PM, Saturday from noon - 10 PM, and Sunday, from noon - 9 PM. $10/day. Among the performers are Sons of the Never Wrong at 5:30 Saturday, and Barb Silverman at 4.

The Lincoln Avenue Square Roots Folk Festival continues. Just look right above here. I'm not going to type it all out again.

Bluegrass on the Green, Breident Green, Frankfort. All day Saturday and Sunday. Special Consensus performs both days.

Merv Collins at Studio B Concerts, Dole Mansion, Crystal Lake. 7 PM.

Lincoln Avenue Square Roots Folk Festival continues. See Saturday's post for why I am not going to type everything out again, then see Friday's posting for details.

Bluegrass on the Green continues in Frankfort. See previous posting, then go back to Saturday's posting. It's like a treasure hunt.

Bill and Kate Isles, plus Marcia Krieger at Lake County Folk Club, at In-law's Restaurant, 720 Milwaukee Ave, Gurnee. 7 PM. $12.

Small Potatoes, aka "Spuds," at the Long Grove Village Green. 4 PM. Definitely a full tube sun block concert.

Dean Milano at Geneva French Market, METRA lot at South and 4th Sts, Geneva. 9 AM.

Merv Collins pushes Dean out of the chair, and performs at 10 AM.
