The album "Sempiternal" is set to be released in April via RCA Records. The official tracklist has yet to be revealed for the album, but "Shadow Moses" is the first official song the band has released to the public. They will be touring in support of the album and Bring Me the Horizon is rumored to be one of the headlining acts during Warped Tour 2013.

The album "Sempiternal" will be the follow-up studio album to their 2010 release, "There Is a Hell, Believe Me I've Seen It. There Is a Heaven, Let's Keep It a Secret.". That album debuted at No. 17 on the U.S. Billboard 200 chart, and at No. 13 on the U.K. Albums Chart.
