This season, Patricia Clyne, designer behind Helios & Luna, found inspiration for her new Helios & Luna Fall 2012 Collection by attending an art gallery.
Clyne comments she, “[b]ecame obsessed by the paintings of British conceptual modern artist Martin Creed. His graphic bold strokes and colors reflect the spirit of the woman the collection is designed for.”
The collection is anything but plain with bright reds, oranges, purples, blues, and rich beiges, browns, and tans. Clyne's pieces take on geometric shapes pleasing to the eye, and are accessorized with high boots, lace-up heels, accent jewelry, and of course classy elbow-length gloves.
