TAMCO University is the center for professional development for the TAMCO Commercial Group (TCG) based in Orlando, FL. Debra Napier is its principal broker and managing partner. TCG is a boutique commercial real estate brokerage that is fully-integrated with commercial real estate finance and development. The finance division specializes in placing capital from $1 million to $30 million dollars for private and institutional fund managers seeking qualified commercial real estate (CRE) acquisitions and developments in select Tier I and Tier II U.S. markets for attractive yields.

Debra has a B.S.B.A. from Nova Southeastern University's H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship, Ft. Lauderdale, FL; earned her MBA in Accounting from Florida Institute of Technology on Florida's space coast, received CNU-A certification from the Congress for New Urbanism and University of Miami; is a candidate-member of the Certified Commercial Institute Member Institute (CCIM), a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and Risk Management Association (RMA). Debra was accepted into CCIM Orlando Chapter's mentee program in 2014.
