Skolfield recorded 36 points, 30 rebounds, and five assists in leading the Ponies to a 76-44 victory over Caribou.
The Vikings continued to switch defenses, but they had no answer for Skolfield. She was able to dominate, even with a box and one being played on her for part of the game.
Skolfield scored nine first quarter points, as the Ponies jumped out to a 21-9 lead.
The Ponies also held a 12 point (36-24) lead at the half. Skolfield had 16 points and 17 rebounds in the first half.
Caribou scored the first six points of the third quarter to cut the lead to 36-30.
Ponies coach Blake Smith called a timeout, and the Ponies outscored the Vikings 18-5 behind the three point shooting of Brittany Dyer in the final six minutes of the quarter.
Dyer scored 12 points on 4-6 three point shooting, including 3-3 during the Ponies third quarter run.
The Ponies out-rebounded Caribou 60-24. Skolfield out-rebounded the Vikings by six.
Skolfield shot 15-26 from the field, and 6-9 from the free throw line, she also blocked one shot.
Julia Annis was also a force for the Ponies on the inside. Annis recorded eight points, 11 rebounds, and five assists.
Mackenzie Coiley added four points, six rebounds, four assists, three steals, and one block. Amber Anderson chipped in with four points and four rebounds.
Freshman Kendra Ewer came off the bench to contribute six points, two assists, and two steals.
Amber Chadrawl, Madison Chadbourne, and Abby Simpson added two points each for the Ponies.
Foxcroft (3-1) will play at Hermon on Tuesday. The Ponies will not play their next home game until 2014.
Brianna Judd led the Vikings with 22 points, six rebounds, and two assists. Shyanna Barnes added seven points and six rebounds.
Caribou (2-1) will host Old Town next Saturday.
