Brian Williams 'Rapper's Delight' rap on the 'Tonight Show' with Jimmy Fallon

"The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" has gotten off to a great start this week, and last night Brian Williams rapped "Rapper's Delight" on the show, according to a Feb. 20 New York Daily News report. The production was great.

Clearly the NBC news anchor did not actually do the rap, but some incredibly talented editors edited together clips of the anchor going right along to the beat. The resulting video is hilarious. Lester Holt even made a surprise appearance in the video with Brian Williams, and Kathy Lee Gifford had a small cameo.

This isn't the first time Jimmy Fallon has put together videos of Brian Williams rapping. Other raps featuring the NBC anchor include "Regulate," "Straight Outta Compton," "Bust a Move," and "Good Vibrations." Of course, these other videos of Williams rapping were on "Late Night With Jimmy Fallon." Last night's "Rapper's Delight" was the first time a Williams mashup appeared on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon." Not only that, but the quality and length of this production was better.

So far, this inaugural week of "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" has been amazing with lots of viewers tuning in to see the new show, which moved back to New York City. You can catch "The Tonight Show" in OKC on NBC channel four weeknights at 11 p.m. CST. Right now it comes on after the Olympics and local news.

If you missed Brian Williams rapping "Rapper's Delight" last night, check out the video above to see it in all its hilariousness.
