The good guys and gals at Saint Arnold Brewing are concerned about more than just making great beer. Each year, the brewery holds fundraising events, donates money to important causes, and otherwise remains active in the local Houston area community. Next week, Saint Arnold Brewing is hosting yet another evening of fun in support of a charitable cause. Here are the facts:
Event: Brewing up a Cure
Location: Saint Arnold Brewery, 2000 Lyons, Houston, TX
Date and Time: Wednesday, Sept. 4, 2013 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Saint Arnold is “Brewing up a Cure” in early September in support of the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America. This fundraising event will include food, Saint Arnold beer, and live music from local band 80 Proof.
The evening will offer a nice way to enjoy some great food and beer while also helping to support the CCFA, an organization that works to find a cure for the disease while also helping to make life a little easier for those inflicted with Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis. The CCFA is organized nationwide and in other countries. Houston has its own South Texas chapter, as do multiple other cities in Texas, and all could use a little extra help in the quest to find a cure.
Admission to Brewing up a Cure is $25, and includes food, beer, and a special commemorative pint glass. Click here to purchase your ticket today, and show your support for this important cause.
