Bret Michaels had a meltdown after being fired from "Celebrity Apprentice." On March 5, Radar Online reported that Michaels was a mess after his elimination and he was just as surprised as the viewers.
"Bret was crying and totally distraught after he was fired. Bret totally went into the show believing he was going to win again. He couldn’t believe it that he was let go so quickly. It was brutal to watch him freaking out the way he did," a source told Radar Online. Michaels seems to have a very big heart and it was clear to fans that he wanted nothing more but to raise money for his charity. His ego was certainly a bit bruised after Donald Trump sent him packing after the first task.
Bret Michaels' meltdown could have transpired from a mixture of emotions. He was likely angry that he was thrown under the bus by his teammates (namely Omarosa). He was sad about not being able to win money for his charity, and he could have been embarrassed too. Obviously being on the show was very important to him and fans can't help but wonder if Trump made a mistake by firing him -- he had won a previous season of the show after all.
"It was a mess when Bret was told the news and filming was done. He couldn’t stop crying and even the producers were trying to comfort him. No one expected him to have a meltdown like that," the source continued.
