With both positivity and perspective, brilliant Brent Michelle enthusiastically shares exciting news about upcoming gigs coming quickly in this new year. In this interview, the talented artist reveals her insights on 2014, doing so with warmth and candor. A powerful presence in the Los Angeles music scene, hardworking Michelle is poised for a terrific 2014:

W.E. Are there any upcoming, projects gigs etc… you would like to mention?

B.M. I'm starting off the 2014 with a bang! I'll be performing in a BMI showcase on Monday, January 6th at 7 p.m.. Alongside my talented friend Shani and two other singer/songwriters, we will be singing original acoustic songs at Genghis Cohen. It's free and all ages. Then, my next big show will be at Witzend on March 7th. I'll be singing with a full band, which is something I haven't done in quite while. I can't wait!

W.E. What are your music predictions for 2014?

B.M. I predict (hope) I'll be back in the studio this year to record some new music. I also think I will see a lot of friends start rising and getting the recognition they should be receiving. So vague, I know, but the music world is so fragile. We all just have to keep working hard!
