Despite rumors suggesting otherwise, Disney Channel star Brenda Song's mother has denied reports that her daughter is pregnant.
Reports had circulated that the Suite Life star was pregnant with her boyfriend, Trace Cyrus' baby, but apparently this is not the case.
Song's mother, who has been battling cancer, reports, “She’s actually not pregnant. It’s very upsetting to our family because of what I’m going through and it’s not how we raised her. She's very upset."
Trace is the brother of Miley Cyrus. He is also an ex-boyfriend of Demi Lovato.
I'm inclined to believe that Brenda's not pregnant--after all, it's kind of hard to hide something like that! And before the incident, Brenda enjoyed a squeaky clean reputation.
Still, it's a bit puzzling that her family took weeks before denying the rumor. I'm thinking she could have had a pregnancy scare or a false alarm. Was Brenda ever pregnant? Or was it false rumor all along?
