A strong cold front has moved to the east of the area. Steady rain associated with the cold front is now exiting the eastern most counties. A large upper level low centered over the lower Great Lakes will pivot eastward across Ohio later today. The upper low and its associated cold pool aloft will keep the weather unsettled across the area today. It will be mostly cloudy, cool and breezy with scattered showers likely. Highs will be around 60 degrees.
Tonight, the upper low will begin to lift out and high pressure will gradually build toward the area. It will be mostly cloudy with a chance of showers through this evening, then skies will become partly cloudy overnight. Lows will range from the upper 30s to the mid 40s.
High pressure will build across the area on Tuesday, and remain in control of the weather through the balance of the work week. Tuesday will be partly to mostly sunny with highs in the low to mid 60s.
Tuesday night will be clear with lows ranging from the mid 30s to the mid 40s.
Wednesday will be sunny with highs in the mid 60s.
Sunny weather will continue Thursday and Friday with high temperatures both days expected to reach the low 70s.
