Mindful breathing can make exercising easier and more beneficial, it can calm you and help you deal with stress, it can help countless health concerns and issues - breath is the life and we need to treat it as such.
On Sunday, March 9, Transform NOLA is offering a breath workshop called Conscious Connected Breathing. Led by a Level III professional breath-worker and New Orleans native, Jack Fontana, the workshop will focus on relaxation, improved breathing, self-acceptance, letting go of stress and anxiety, and more.
