Breastfeeding and Back to Work classes in Seattle

Birth and Beyond in Seattle will hold a Breastfeeding and Back to Work class for parents.

Will you be returning to work after baby is born? Would you like to continue to breastfeed successfully and achieve a good work/home life balance? If so, join us for Breastfeeding and Back to Work, an informative class led by Dolly Smith RN, MS, IBCLC, one of our lactation consultants. Class topics will include: general considerations about work and child care providers; how to make a return-to-work plan; basics of breastfeeding like how milk is made; tips for pumping; breast milk storage, reheating, etc.; tips for feeding; and common hurdles and facts about breastfeeding and going back to work!

Lactation Consultant Dolly Smith RN, MS, IBCLC will teach the class. The fee is $30/$60 couples.
