Fall brings football, ripped athletes and all thingsmanly - Including pink on the field and on the uniforms of NFL players.
In an effort to promote breast cancer awareness through the month of October, the National Football league (NFL) has spotted pink on the uniforms of its players, pink of their shoes, gloves, arm bands and hats.
There's a pink ribbon on the field, pink towels on the bench and ribbons on the shirts of the zebras.

The NFL has officially gone pink.
Like other celebs who have pitched in their assets for a cure, the foootball players of america have bound together a league of support for a Cure.
"The NFL, its clubs and players are proud to support the fight against breast cancer," the website explains.
"Our campaign, 'A Crucial Catch', in partnership with the American Cancer Society, is focused on the importance of annual screenings, especially for women who are over the age of 40. Throughout October, NFL games will feature players, coaches and referees wearing pink game apparel to raise awareness for the campaign, as well as on-field pink ribbon stencils and special K-balls and pink coins."
The pink uniforms, shirts and other apparel worn during the games by celebrity players and coaches will be auctioned off to benefit the American Cancer Society at NFL Auction.
"This is an issue that has directly touched the lives of so many in the NFL family, and we are committed to helping make a difference in breast-cancer prevention."
Even celebrity singer Fergie is backing the boys.
Black Eyed Peas leading lady Fergie has recorded an in-stadium public service announcement to air during games, reminding fans of the importance of breast cancer screenings.
Wearing a pink NFL jersey herself and a self-proclaimed Miami Dolphins fan, Fergie voices her support in the PSA.
"Between touring, spending time with my family and watching football, I am a busy girl. But I know how important it is to take time for an annual breast cancer screening. Make a crucial catch: get screened. Learn more at NFL.com/pink."

Absolutely love that celebrities are taking the lead alongside of the NFL to support breast cancer awareness month! I found a neat way to invest this month in a treatment that's in FDA trials to get patented. Either investing breast cancer investing dot com or donating to NFL dot com pink, it's something that we all need to consider!
