Breaking: She's baaaack. Patricia Gregory's website is once again, live.

An anonymous tipster just alerted us Patricia Gregory's website is again live, and ready to take advantage of the unsuspecting.  This time, instead of "pgregorylaw.com" Gregory went with "lawofficeofPatriciaGregory."  Same scam; different URL.  But both URL's featured a removed home page while the other pages are active.

Gregory waited 11 days before resuming her criminal activities.

Although we'd earlier filed a Friend of the Court declaration warning Judge Martin Staven this was likely to happen, Judge Staven allowed Gregory to walk out of court without being booked for eleven felonies amounting to over $100,000.00.  Her attorney claimed Gregory's site was down, but "cached" in Google bots; a ridiculous assertion by anyone with a passing knowledge about Google and a "refresh" button.

At what point the courts might choose to family court litigants we're not sure.  The court doesn't have a good track record.

But as of November 30, 2011, Patricia Gregory is once again acting in criminal contempt of a court order.

But wait - there's more.

Eleven more pages, to be exactly.  For details of Gregory's earlier hearing, see here.

We worried enough to make an initial declaration.  Given Gregory's continuing conduct, perhaps the judge will at last opt to protect the public.

Update 6:00p.m.  And the site went down. Well, until the next time.  Readers should be aware a new site is likely coming soon.  Perhaps Gregory will next identify herself as a "custody consultant."
