Top news coming in to a chilly San Francisco today, right after the news of Prince William and Kate's baby being called 'Princess' (See that article here: William, Kate's daughter, will be 'Princess') is about one of San Francisco's famous twins, Vivian and Marian Brown. One of those famous twins in San Francisco has passed away.
The San Francisco twins, Vivian and Marian Brown have been famous twins in the City by the Bay for four decades. The Brown twins have been well-known for their flamboyant style and outgoing personalities.
"Oh I am sad to hear this. The twins were a great beacon of fun and a real icon in San Francisco. This is sad news indeed," says San Francisco resident, Alice Marshall.
The community loved the Brown twins so much that when they needed money to pay for their assisted living costs, people rallied round and held a fundraiser.
Says ABC 7 News in San Francisco:
"The two were worried that they would have to move out of the city to find affordable care. But the community held a fundraiser to help pay for their care."
