While everyone was watching Vhong Navarro's latest movie titled "Da Possessed" with sexy actress Solenn Heusaff which was reportedly earned Php17M in the opening day, Judge Paz Esperanza Cortez of the Taguig Regional Trial Court was busy instructing the authorities to arrest Cedric Lee, Deniece Cornejo, Zimmer Raz and two others involved in the mauling of actor-TV host Vhong Navarro. The report was confirmed by News TV 11 on Monday, April 21, 2014.

The NewsTV 11 immediately contacted Atty. Howard Calleja to get some information regarding the arrest warrants issued by the Taguig Metropolitan Trial Court, but according to the report, the lawyer decided not to say something about the issue. It can be remembered that Vhong was allegedly beaten up in a condominium unit last Jan. 22.

In his interview with Buzz Ng Bayan host Boy Abunda, the actor-TV host revealed that he received several text messages from Deniece right after their first meeting last Jan. 17. Allegedly, Deniece invited him to come to her place on that evening, but for some reasons, the TV and print ad model walked out and immediately went out of the condominium upon Vhong's arrival.

Some people say it was a set up, but according to Cedric and his cohorts, they caught the actor raping Deniece. After the issue came out, Deniece immediately filed a rape complaint against Vhong Navarro, she said Vhong violated her rights during that night, but due to lack of evidence, the court dismissed her allegation.

And now, she is facing serious illegal detention case filed by Vhong at the Taguig Metropolitan Trial Court along with Cedric and the others involved in the incident. This means, they will remain in jail while the court is still hearing the case.

For some observers who are following this case, the Philippine justice system is still alive contrary to some people's claim that the court is favoring the influential people like Cedric Lee.
