According to a news conference by the chief of Chesterfield Police just a few minutes ago, Officer David Cerna, 33 has been charged and arrested for Invasion of Privacy. The officer has been accused of installing hidden cameras in a Men's Restroom at the Mobile on the Run gas station in Chesterfield and then uploading the video footage online. The incident occurred at the gas station located in the Clarkson strip mall near the intersection of Clarkson and Baxter. David Cerna has been terminated from the Chesterfield Police Department. He was employed with the city of Chesterfield for 6 years. If convicted, he faces a felony sentence up to 4-years in prison. It is unclear at this time how many victims exist. Apparently, the St. Charles County Sheriff Department Cyber Unit helped with the investigation. Additional updates can be found at KMOV and Fox2 News.
