Yesterday, Michelle Obama, The First Lady of the United States, made a landmark speech ( of which this writer wishes she would do more) http://www.whitehouse.gov/the-press-office/2014/05/10/weekly-address-fir... .@FLOTUS .@POTUS .@vp .@vp44.

The Mother's March on DC is preceded by other calls for action. 5.8K have liked this on their FB page. http://www.examiner.com/article/us-department-of-justice-calls-for-examp... It is difficult for these parents to find one another, understand the nature of such problems and to discover or create paths to be heard. This is an annual march and call for action. This call is still open. Tell also elected local and federal officials of this call for a Congressional Hearing, and the need for the USDOJ to act beyond merely collecting testimony and records. http://www.examiner.com/article/core-focus-remains-family-court-human-ri...

On Monday May 12 this same group of parents will meet at 9:00 am in front of the Rayburn Building, Independence Ave and First Street SW. Parents and supporters will educate Congress on this egregious human right violations of abused children of divorce during our lobby day. A Congressional briefing will be held from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm in 121 Cannon House Office Building to shed more light on the national scandal of family (divorce) courts taking children from safe nurturing mothers and giving them to batterers and molesters. The briefing title is SAFETY FIRST! for Abused Children of Divorce.

Mothers are not allowed to protect their children from crimes of violence and sexual abuse and some children have been court ordered to live with abusers. Family courts have perfected the torture of forcing mothers to watch their children being injured.

Given current events, with #RelishaRudd http://www.examiner.com/article/little-girl-lost-find-dc-missing-child-r... and the Nigerian abductions, it is logical to dovetail these issues. Some parents, may be caught in a web of more than one of these kinds of problems. Amber Alert systems are "broken" per father of Polly Klaas, http://www.pollyklaas.org/ .@PollyDad and now is the time to highlight this broad spectrum of lost, abused, sextrafficked, childporn, abducted and missing kids.

#BringBackOurGirls. .@BlackPhysicists also has numerous exacting suggestions to improve alerts and calls for aid world wide. Both Mr. Klaas and the National Society for Black Physicists have unique and exacting suggestions for improvements. http://www.examiner.com/article/what-are-the-chances-maximizing-social-m...

Families caught in these vortexes have little instruction or support, virtually no legal representation and this series of events is an ongoing step to move things forward.

"Colorado attorney Alan Rosenfeld coined an apt phrase. The family court system is causing "jurigenic harm" to women and children. "What does society expect a mother to do when she has good reason to believe her child is being sexually abused and there is no evidence?" he asked at the 2001 Battered Mothers Custody Conference." per CPPA.

CPPA is a grassroots organization operated by parents and funded by parents or the concerned. They do not have administrative staff, and many have other jobs. Please be patient when contacting. They will respond, but cannot manage emergencies. Contact CPPA with questions, comments or requests CA Protective Parents Association | | cppa001@aol.com | http://www.protectiveparents.com P. O.
