Paragon has just completed its semi-annual survey of house values in table format, and it’s presented here for your pleasure. This data is taken from sales reported to the MLS from March 1, 2013 through Aug. 13, 2013.
These charts track San Francisco house sales as reprted to MLS by sales price, both median and average, as well as average size and average per-square-foot dollar. Since homes without parking sell at a discount, these charts only list homes that have at least one spot.
Neighborhoods are listed in order of median sales price. Average size and dollar per square foot are calculated solely on the listings with published square footage, w hile median and average prices are reflected for all sales.
In addition, a price followed by a “k” references thousands of dollars. If it’s followed by an “m”, it means millions of dollars. If there’s an “N/A”, it means there wasn’t enough reliable data available to generate a statistic.
Keep in mind, though, that statistics are general. To address your specific situation, give me a call.
