In a move sure to generate controversy, Breaking Dawn execs say the scene where teen protagonist Bella (played by Kristen Stewart) gives birth to her and Edward's (Robert Pattinson) baby will be "visceral and intense."

"We're working on it to be as intense as it is in the book," screenwriter Melissa Rosenberg tells E! But intense doesn't necessarily mean there will be lots of blood or gore, she says.

"I don't think it's about the amount of blood you show," says Rosenberg. "It's on their faces. It's all from Bella's point of view when you're seeing what's going [on]. It should feel visceral. I think it's going to be pretty intense."

WILL TEEN PREGNANCY COURT CONTROVERSY?

It's uncertain whether parents will object to the amped-up sex scenes in Breaking Dawn and criticize the film as romanticizing or idealizing teen pregnancy.

Ironically, Twilight -- which enjoyed an unexpected and stunning mainstream popularity -- was both lampooned and praised for its underlying themes of teen abstinence and chastity.

But in Breaking Dawn, Bella (Kristen Stewart) and Edward (Rob Pattinson) not only consummate their relationship, but Bella gets pregnant at 18 and decides to have the baby.

While execs have previously stated that Breaking Dawn won't have nudity, graphic sex or violence, the film will definitely have more mature themes than the previous three installments.

HOW GRAPHIC WILL C-SECTION DELIVERY BE?

Breaking Dawn does get more physical, says Kristen, 20. "It doesn't get more action-packed, [but] they definitely get more physical," she says. "We totally have sex – finally!"

Meanwhile, Pattinson, 24, says director Bill Condon has his job cut out for him. "I think that's going to be very funny," laughs Rob. "The only thing I know about it is the famous scene: the kind of Caesarean scene. I do not envy Bill Condon to have to think of some way to do that."

Whatever the case, the writing has to be resolved soon, says Rosenberg, since filming starts in November. Meanwhile, fight training and rehearsals are set to begin in late fall, says co-star Kellan Lutz.
