Smell no fear. Walter White’s brother-in-law Hank Schrader DEA Agent forgets to wake up and smell the clarity. When it’s family where do you draw the line? Vulnerabilty fogs Hanks mind, he doesn’t turn in what he knows about Gus’ meth empire or ‘WW,’ who Heisenburg is. Hanks shameful secret is hidden at his core. Marie, Walter and Skyler are the only ones who know.
“The world is a dangerous place, not because of those who do evil, but because of those who look and do nothing.” –Albert Einstein
No compromises. Hank wasn’t afraid to die in the line of duty for what his job as a DEA Agent stood for. Walter White pleaded for his brother-in-law’s life and gave up a cool $80 million to save him, and that Jack call him by his name.
Walters’s labyrinth was struck by an earthquake and the image of collapse, inner and outer. His defenses against life to hide his disagreeable side from others so he might still be able to use his respectful affiliations and carefully mannered role and family-instilled morals to hide his shameful secret, he’s involved up to his neck in the blue meth empire that Hank was trying to take down. Rest in peace hank.
Walter’s lifestyle changed Hank’s lifestyle
A bestial secret, whether Walter was willing or unwilling the wall had to come tumbling down. Hank as a DEA Agent, and the town enslaved to blue meth addiction had reached a boiling point and could no longer survive within such stagnation.
Marie’s husband is dead
Her sister’s husband is to blame. It’s a time of waiting. Skyler no longer fixed on the unhappiness of the knife fight between her and Walter, although it is a sense that is vague, irrational, it is an inexplicable sense that soon there will be a dawn.
Despite Walt taking the baby for no concrete reason
Skyler’s will to live will make the difference between life and death. It is this will to live, this sense of hope and battle with Walter’s disease, meth and cancer that will mean the difference in survival and complete collapse and death.
Skyler’s response to the challenges she has faced which are far greater than the ordinary capacity to cope will transcend and her response to difficulties is radically altered.
Out of the ashes
Skyler, Walter’s wife, waits amidst the rubble without any sense of what to rebuild or how for she has passed through the collapse of everything which she believe to be of value in her life. Walter has taken the baby, which he later leaves at a Fire Station with firemen in a truck, and leaves Skyler with nothing but an alibi. In their tapped phone conversation Walter sound to be bullying Skyler, but says it was he who forced her into the life they live, and making her do his will or else.
Walter moves forward with his barrel and his goal
Walter White is a man on the run, and he can’t hide forever.
