Skyler tells Hank that she thinks she should get a lawyer for her own protection and doesn’t want to give a testament at the moment. Skyler is upfront and says that it doesn’t sound like he wants to bring Walt to justice, but that he wants to bring him down at all costs.

When asked for the truth, Skyler doesn’t reply and just cries, Marie now knows it is all true. Marie then asks Skyler if she knew about the time Hank was shot because of Walter. When Skyler tells her she's sorry, Marie slaps her and tries to take Holly with her but Hank intervenes and has Marie give the baby back.
