Breakfast with leading business leaders in Portland

Often hailed as one of the best cities for foodies, majority of Portlanders can name their favorite breakfast spots, but what about breakfast networking events?

Ongoing breakfast series in Portland
Each month, the Portland Business Journal brings together local business leaders and members in the community for its Power Breakfast series to tune into the story, inspiration and strategies behind leading businesses today.

The Power Breakfast series have featured Mort Bishop III, President of Pendleton Woolen Mills; Dave Dahl of Dave's Killer Bread; Iain Tait, Global Interactive Executive Creative Director of Wieden+Kennedy; and most recently, Stand Up Economist, Yoram Bauman.

Similarly, Portland State University School of Business Administration invites executives, entrepreneurs and innovators for its Business Briefing Breakfast series to discuss the trends and challenges facing business leaders today.

Held six times during the academic year, the Business Briefing Breakfast series have invited David Kenney, President and Executive Director of Oregon Best; Jacob Redding, Executive Director of Drupal Association; and Christian Ettinger, Owner of Hopworks Urban Brewery.

Most recently, the International Society for Sustainability Professionals (ISSP) partnered with Net Impact Portland to host a series of Big Ideas for Breakfast as a way for members of the local sustainability community to network and share ideas on how to create a local, resilient economy.
