Although the menu is filled with many more items, Magnolia's Cafe offers apple wood smoked bacon and pecan pancakes that will blow your mind.  With a relaxed atmosphere, their "Sorry, We're Open" sign, and line that forms at 9am on Saturday morning, Magnolia's Cafe is the place you must stop at during your stay in Austin.  Coffee is usually served while you wait in line at either location, so do not let the wait deter's well worth it.

Another place you are going to want to hit up is Juan in a Million.  Located on the East side of Cesar Chavez, you will find authentic Mexican food.  Not only is it cheap, but it is scrumptious.  Whether you are hungry for a taco or their Don Juan special you will leave with a happy stomach. And just a tip, Juan will greet you at the door, ladies you will get a nice courtesy handshake while you men, well just be prepared for your hand to be squeezed.

Don't forget to enjoy the food, tip your waiter, and tell your friends about it.
