Breaded steak fingers recipe

Tired of chicken fingers or chicken tenders?  Steak fingers is another option you can try.  Using a basic breading mix you can have these on the table lickety-split.  Feel free to dip them in ranch or honey mustard dressing.  You could even make a sandwich with them adding the cheese of your choice. These steak fingers may also be frozen and baked at a later date.

Breaded Steak Fingers

  • 4 6 oz. New York strip steaks
  • 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs

Cut steaks into chicken tender size pieces.  In a small bowl beat the eggs together.  In a shallow pan mix together bread crumbs, cheese, and salt.  Prepare a baking sheet.  For easy clean up line the baking sheet with aluminum foil.  Spray with cooking spray.  Take pieces of steak and dip in egg mixture.  Dredge steak in breading mix.  Place on the prepared baking pan.  Repeat until all steak pieces are breaded.  Bake in a 425 degree oven for 20 minutes.  Serves 4.
