7 UP Buttery Pan Biscuits

makes 8 - 9 biscuits

2 1/4 cups biscuit mix, Homemade Biscuit Mix
1/2 cup Fage Nonfat Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup 7 UP
5 Tablespoons margarine, I use I Can't Believe It's Not Butter

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. While preheating, put margarine in an 8x8 pan and place in oven until just melted. Watch carefully so it doesn't turn brown. Mix biscuit mix (homemade), Greek yogurt and 7 UP together until just mixed. Put dough in pan with melted margarine and turn over. Pat out evenly in pan. Cook 14 to 16 minutes until light brown. Great right out of the oven.
