Brazilian werewolf: Video shows possible werewolf roaming around Brazil

Some very strange CCTV footage is making the rounds online and it is surrounding the possible sighting of a werewolf in Brazil. FearNet reported on Tuesday, Feb. 25, 2014, that Brazilian authorities are on alert due to the footage of a possible werewolf and some other sightings that have been reported over the course of the past few months.

One of the first sightings was by a man calling himself "Pingo," and he claims that he almost was killed after the supposed werewolf chased after him. From there, his neighbors started reporting sightings of the Brazilian werewolf as well.

Local officials in the Brazilian town of São Gonçalo de Campos have issued a 9:00 p.m. curfew, and they want residents to be aware of their surroundings at all time.

44 seconds of surveillance footage has been circulating and it shows a dark figure moving around someone's yard. A number of people believe it could be just a man in a dark suit, and they are doubting the possible reality of the situation.

What has people worried is that numerous werewolf sightings are now being reported in Brazil, and people are beginning to believe it.

Authorities are looking into the situation more and hope to soon be able to put residents at ease.
