The Brazilian Steakhouse Fogo de Chão is opening today, Thursday, February 27, 2014, in Santana Row at 377 Santana Row, Ste. 1090, where Chili’s was previously located. Lunch service begins on Monday, March 3, 2014.
Many have anticipated the arrival of the all-you-can-eat restaurant where diners can choose from 16 cuts of fire roasted meats that are sliced right at the table.
The restaurant also features a gourmet salad and sides bar that includes vegetables, cheeses, cured meats, and traditional Brazilian side dishes. Those who leave room can choose from a variety of desserts at an additional cost to end the meal.
Lunch is served Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and costs $29.50 per person. Diners can also choose to only eat from the salad bar, which costs $22.50.
Dinner is served Mondays through Thursdays from 5 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., Fridays from 5 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., Saturdays from 4:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., and Sundays from 4 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Dinner costs $51.50. The salad bar only costs $26.50 during dinner hours. Children 6 and under are complimentary, and children 7 to 12 pay half price.
