Brazilian Jiu Jitsu workshop with Travis Haynes -- 10/08/2011

BJJ Black Belt Travis Haynes will be coming over on October 8th, 2011, to Carlson Gracie Indianapolis Jiu Jitsu to teach a BJJ Workshop. He will be covering some of the forgotten fundamentals, the simple pieces of BJJ that make things work. Not the upside down, sideways, spin on your head 3x, flying omoplatas, but good solid fundamentals! This is a must for all belt levels.

Travis began training Japanese JuJutsu in 1993 and then switched over to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in 1994. He received his Black Belt in 2009 under the BJJ Revolution Team and still continues to train and learn everyday.  He has an extraordinary understanding of the game and is also open to showing anything and everything. Travis has trained with a long list of highly recognized Black Belts in the sport and lived a short time in Rio de Janeiro furthering his BJJ knowledge.

So take advantage of this opportunity and stop on out. The workshop is open to anyone and everyone. Any school, and discipline, come on in to train and have a good time.
