Biting the Hands that Feed Them: Brazilian Housemaid Accuses San Francisco Italian Consulate of Human Trafficking & Immigrants Keep Scheming, Lying for Financial Gains & Immigration Documents at the Expense of their Wealthy Political Patrons:

About two years ago on this very blog, I had warned what would happen when wealthy people surround themselves to opportunistic foreign, disloyal immigrant housemaids, gardeners and so forth, that would spell the end of their political careers.

The San Francisco Italian Consulate is in big trouble. An imported immigrant and employee from Brazil accused a consular clerk and his wife, of subjecting her to traumatic physical and psychological abuses.

Giuseppe Penzato, 54 and his wife, Kesia Penzato 33 were arrested and charged in U.S. district court in San Francisco for forced labor. Kesia knew the woman from their teenage years back in Brazil, and that was when the couple decided to bring this woman here.

However, the Brazilian immigrant says they ridiculed her as ugly and that she was only fit for servants work. She’s accusing them of withholding food from her, and that U.S. law didn’t apply to them, because they had diplomatic immunities, she left the consulate after was chocked by Kesia Penzato.

The Penzatos and the Italian Consulate are facing civil lawsuits accusing them of human trafficking. The attorney for the Penzatos says it’s nothing more than a civil wage and hour dispute brought, by a scheming and opportunist woman who wants money for personal gains and to become permanent resident of the U.S.

She arrived on a domestic servant visa in 2009. “The Penzatos promised her $1,500 a month and free room and board to clean their home on Chestnut Street in San Francisco and care for their children, Special Agent Melissa Saurwein of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement wrote in an affidavit.

Giuseppe Penzato, an assistant at the Italian Consulate, confiscated the woman's passport after they passed through U.S. Customs in Houston and told her the United States "was a dangerous place, where someone might rob her and take it," Saurwein wrote. He said he would keep it safe for her, authorities said.

Later, after the woman had become a virtual prisoner at the Penzatos' home, she asked Giuseppe Penzato for her passport back, Saurwein said. Penzato threw it at her and "taunted her to figure out her rights," the affidavit said.”

Folks! Do you want to know my opinion about all this? Well, track records for honesty aren’t that great coming from immigrants who work for the wealthy.

What has been occurring recently and with mostly immigrant females, such as housekeepers, hotel maids, they’ve been lying, scheming and becoming opportunistic at the expense of very wealthy patrons and on those surrounding themselves around the nation’s wealthiest, bringing up false claims and other charges towards them for both, financial and citizenship GAINS.

Lies and more lies coming from those immigrants! There was that Meg Whitman with her conniving backstabbing, former illegal immigrant housemaid, Nicky Diaz Santillan, who fabricated LIES and destroyed Meg Whitman’s potential GOP California governorship for fame, fortunes and permanent immigration papers.

Investigators have come to believe that the woman lied about some of her activities in the hours around the alleged attack and about her own background, a law enforcement official told The Associated Press on Thursday. The official is familiar with the case but spoke on condition of anonymity to discuss matters not yet made public in court.

Prosecutors think she lied about details on her application for asylum in the U.S., including saying she had been raped in her native Guinea, the official told the AP.

“She actually recounted the entire story to prosecutors and later said it was false,” the official said.

Prosecutors haven’t necessarily reached a new conclusion about the allegations against Strauss-Kahn and have not decided whether to downgrade the charges, the official said.

“There will be serious issues raised by the district attorney’s office and us concerning the credibility of the complaining witness,” Benjamin Brafman, a lawyer for Strauss-Kahn, told The Wall Street Journal.

The maid told police that Strauss-Kahn chased her down a hallway in his $3,000-a-night suite in New York’s Sofitel hotel, tried to pull down her pantyhose and forced her to perform oral sex before she broke free.”

If this is true folks, this woman needs to spend 10 years in prison and then DEPORTED, for what she did to this man!

No! We don’t have any patience Mr. President. It’s truly ironic that President Obama in Iowa appealed for public patience on the economy, while he’s cavorting around with known corporate fundraisers, those who have only one on thing in mind, keep outsourcing JOBS abroad and keep applying for H1B visas.

It’s back! The DREAM Act is back again, it’s making its round in the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing, with Senator Dianne Feinstein praising the DREAM Act on. DI-FI insanity, believes that it’s a fair piece of legislation that it will help the economy.

Is she Dianne Feinstein on dope? We’ve got 15 million unemployed Americans, and the economy isn’t helping them any, so legalizing illegal immigrants would help? How mentally disturbed is that analogy? Sure it would help them, but what do we GET out of it? Not one DANG thing!

“These youngsters bear no culpability, and in my mind that means a great deal!” Says Feinstein, and what part of lawbreaking DI-FI doesn’t understand, obviously Senator Feinstein isn’t talking about how we’re going to stop this constant invasion from ever happening again, I guess the DREAM Act is like an open checkbook for more unlimited youth invasions from the South.

Isn't that like our Democrat politicians these days, always thinking of special interests, while we're all living like paupers.

Once again, the GOP and other conservative Democrats must filibuster this IDIOCY. This is another prime example we get from Democrats, the country is going to hell in a hand basket, but they find time to take care of illegal aliens.
