The Wyatt injury turned occurred when he was involved in a six-man tag team match where the Wyatt Family battled the Prime Time Players and R-Truth. Bray was chasing R-Truth around the outside of the ring when he struck a ringside barrier that was pushed out too much in the walkway. The referees threw up the “X” sign that showed it was a real injury.
Wyatt was then seen lying in the “Gorilla position” with doctors checking on him after the match and then was spotted on crutches after the show.
It turns out the injury was a badly bruised calf, which is much better than a tear of any sort, and it looks like he won’t be wrestling in the WWE for the next month. However, he is still accompanying the Wyatt Family to the ring for their matches, where he sits in his rocking chair and watches the matches.
Bray Wyatt began a feud last week with The Miz and also has unfinished business with Kane, who just finished filming “See No Evil 2” and should return to the WWE shortly.
