Brawl at baby shower: 4 arrested after fight

A brawl at baby shower in Stoughton, Mass. over the weekend ended with 4 people getting arrested. On Jan. 14, FOX News reported that three men and one 14-year-old boy were taken in to custody after police responded to a function hall close to midnight on Sat. There were about 200 people involved in the fight.

"Police say 24-year-old Patrick Cardoso Lopes; 24-year-old Paulo Pires Depina; and 22-year-old Aderito Lopes Deandrade, all of Brockton, are scheduled to be arraigned Monday on charges including disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and assault and battery on a police officer," reports FOX. More information about the teenager was not made public due to his age.

The brawl at the baby shower was reportedly started after some "uninvited guests" showed up. Bottles were thrown, furniture was ruined, and the fight was physical. It is unknown who the "uninvited guests" were, but evidently they were not well-liked by some of the people who were celebrating the mom-to-be.

There were not any reports of weapons being brought out and it is also unknown if any one needed to be treated at a hospital. It sounds like things got really out of hand and it is a shower that none of these people will ever forget. Unfortunately, it was ruined for a lot of people too.

A baby shower is no place for a brawl and this isn't something that you hear about every day. This could by why this small-town get together has made national news.
