Brantley Gilbert scores No. 1 song on Billboard Hot Country Songs charts

On March 7, it was announced that country singer and songwriter Brantley Gilbert has accomplished another career milestone. His rocking new single "Bottoms Up" has reached the top of the Billboard Hot Country Songs charts. Other songs of his that have peaked at No. 1 include "Country Must Be Country Wide" and "You Don't Know Her Like I Do."

The Billboard Hot Country Songs charts are published weekly by Billboard Magazine in the United States and they list the most popular country music songs, where the data is gathered by airplay from Nielsen BDS, as well as digital sales and streaming.

Its music video has garnered over 6.8 million views on YouTube. It is the lead single from his upcoming studio album on his record label, the Valory Music Company.

"Bottoms Up" has been well-received by music critics, including the online news publication Digital Journal, which rated it 4 out of 5 stars.
