Tremblay was having an argument with someone and picked up the kitten to throw it at the person. Tragically the person missed, and the kitten struck the wall.
Authorities transported the kitten to the Brant County Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. The kitten died overnight.
Tremblay has been charged with assault to kill or injure an animal and causing an animal unnecessary suffering.
