The Branson community is cleaning up after the "Leap Day" tornado. Citizens and concerned neighbors are hard at work assessing damage, clearing the debris and making plans to repair and rebuild.

If you're planning a visit to Branson, most shows are open. Those affected by the tornado are making plans, repairs and, if need be, seeking new locations.

Entertainers and businesses ask that you go ahead with plans to visit. Your support is needed.

Although nearby Kimberling City suffered significant damage to boat docks and marine facilities, Table Rock Lake is open and the fishing is good. Silver Dollar City is preparing for Family Spring Break Days on March 15.

If there's a good side to natural disasters, it's the people coming together to help each other. Branson is one of many communities experiencing the outpouring of support from concerned friends and neighbors.
