"Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Brandi Glanville said her ex-husband, actor Eddie Cibrian, gave her the sexually transmitted disease HPV, or human papillomavirus.

Brandi made the shocking allegations in her new book, Drinking and Dating, which comes out Feb. 11.

Glanville said Cibrian contracted the STD while cavorting with a string of women, including country singer LeAnn Rimes (whom he married in 2011) and waitress Scheana Marie Jancan, who stars on "Vanderpump Rules."

While HPV may sound harmless, it can lead to major health problems, including cervical cancer. In 2013, actor Michael Douglas revealed he got throat cancer from HPV.

“It’s been five years now since I discovered my ex-husband was sleeping with half of the women in Hollywood," wrote Glanville. “But I have three permanent reminders of my marriage that I live with every day: [my sons] Mason, Jake, and HPV. Half of all sexually active Americans have HPV."

Brandi also reignited her longtime feud with LeAnn Rimes, referring to her as “one c**t-ry music singer.” In 2012, Glanville accused Rimes of having a "serious eating disorder" and laxative addiction. In response, Rimes called Glanville a narcissistic alcoholic with mental problems.

The bad blood stems from their complicated relationship. Glanville is the ex-wife of LeAnn's husband, actor Eddie Cibrian. In 2009, Cibrian cheated on Brandi with LeAnn and the two married in 2011. At the time, Rimes was also married — to chef Dean Sheremet. Glanville and Cibrian were married for eight years and share custody of their two sons.
