Brandi Glanville has come to the defense of the husband of a housewife in another city. After Monday night's episode of "The Real Housewives of Orange County" aired, both Heather Dubrow and Terry Dubrow received a lot of backlash from fans for their treatment of Shannon Beador and David Beador at Vicki Gunvalson's dinner party. Terry in particular was bashed for angrily yelling at David, after already not accepting his apology for a comment that was made months earlier.
Brandi, as one of the most controversial stars of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," certainly knows what it's like to get hate from fans. On Monday, August 18, Brandi tweeted that Terry is "a good guy that knows what went down." She added that everyone makes mistakes. Terry was certainly appreciative of Brandi supporting him since he retweeted the tweet.
Unfortunately for Brandi, she received a ton of criticism for the tweet. Many wrote in to say that Terry is definitely not a good guy but an arrogant and snobby man who likes to put others down.
The next day, Brandi clarified her statement. She tweeted that she doesn't think that what Terry did was right but that he's a man who's now sorry. She again pointed out that everyone makes mistakes. She concluded that Terry made a big one and now he has to deal with the downfall. However, yet again, Brandi's tweet received a barrage of tweets from people saying how much they dislike Terry and how bad of a person he is.
Terry Dubrow certainly seems to be over "The Real Housewives of Orange County." In a recent interview with Wetpaint Entertainment, Terry said that as of now, he does not want to do another season of the show. He also said that his wife's acting career is flourishing, a hint that Heather Dubrow may be thinking of leaving as well.
This isn't the first time that Brandi has stuck up for a housewife's husband. In early July, she tweeted to Kristen Taekman, star of "The Real Housewives of New York City," that her husband, Josh Taekman, is "a really good guy" and that she hopes that everyone knows that there's much more to him than what they see on TV.
Brandi and Kristen have been good friends for a long time so Brandi certainly knows Josh well enough to have made such a statement. Perhaps both Josh Taekman and Terry Dubrow will come to Brandi Glanville's defense when the new season of her show airs and she starts getting flack from viewers?
