There has been tension with Brandi Glanville and ex-husband Eddie Cibrian since their marriage fell apart due to the affair between LeeAnn Rimes and Eddie. Brandi didn't hold back during her most recent interview. The "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star appeared on NBC's "Today" on Feb. 12 to promote her book "Drinking and Tweeting: And Other Brandi Blunders."
Host Willie Geiss asked Brandi why she published her book. Brandi said that Eddie doesn't give financial support to their two sons. In the book, she calls her ex-husband "a made for TV actor", "not a talented actor", and a "pretty face". Brandi claims she has never said a bad word about Eddie in front of the kids. Brandi calls LeeAnn a "washed up country singer".
Brandi said that the current relationship between her and Eddie began to crumble after she didn't get any answers as to why LeeAnn went to rehab. Brandi wanted to know why out of concern for her own kids. She said there has been some good moments among the the three of them and the kids. For example, Brandi, Eddie, LeeAnn and the kids spent Easter together.
Is there any hope for reconciliation? Maybe. Brandi is open to relationship. She realizes the book doesn't help foster a relationship but she wants to tell her side of the story.
Eddie has released a statement: "I certainly wish I handled some of the choices I made four years ago differently, but I have been conscious of the choices I have made since," the actor said. "Although this exploitive book, intended to hurt LeAnn and me, will ultimately only hurt and scar my kids. That deeply saddens and concerns me."
