Bradley Cooper, Jennifer Lawrence shoot down dating rumors (Video)

Despite the rumor mill grinding at full speed, actors Bradley Cooper and Jennifer Lawrence are adamant that they are not a couple.

During the 2013 Golden Globes on Sunday evening, a reporter from Entertainment Tonight flat out asked Cooper about the rumor of romance.

"No, no, no, no, no. Not even close. First of all, I could be her father. No, I'm kidding. But no, not even close,” said Cooper, 38.

“We've done two movies together. If it didn't happen by now, it's not going to happen."

Speculation was even more rampant after the news that Lawrence, 22, split with boyfriend of two years, Nicholas Hoult.

Meanwhile, Cooper and his significant other, Zoe Saldana, split for the second time just prior to the holidays.

Although Cooper admitted to being fond of "Catching Fire" star Lawrence, he claimed there was no romance blossoming between the two.

"I love her to death," she said. "She's amazing, but no."

Lawrence later laughed at the denial.

"True. I agree. I concur,” she told ET after hearing what Cooper said.

Lawrence and Cooper starred in the "Silver Linings Playbook," for which Lawrence won a Golden Globes on Sunday. They also worked together in "Serena," which comes out in 2013.
