When this column reported that Larry Klayman was trying to sue for a billion dollars over the NSA scandal, it was pointed out that he has an extensive history of playing the lawsuit lottery, including trying to sue MSNBC and Rachel Maddow over "defamation" for their coverage of fellow WorldNetDaily lunatics Joseph Farah and Bradlee Dean.
The case against MSNBC was thrown out, and a DC Superior Court judge held that, if Dean wanted to shop around for a forum that would pretend he had a case against Maddow, he could so do, provided that he first reimbursed the defendants for the fees they incurred in the Superior Court action.
Dean refused to do so and instead moved to have the judge recused, alleging that she was biased. She denied that motion and dismissed his suit with prejudice for his failure to pay the fees, meaning that it cannot be brought again.
In addition to continuing to try to abuse the system to punish his ideological opponents for daring to question him, Dean continues to try to raise funds for his lawsuit.
In "Will You LIVE For Your Country?" posted Saturday at the American Clarion, Dean writes:
Think the Trayvon Martin/Zimmerman case was bad? You should see what MSNBC and Rachel Maddow did to Bradlee Dean. Help his lawsuit against them. Stand for America and get your free gift.
Yes, you read that correctly. Dean actually believes that reporting what Dean is saying is worse than getting shot or being put on trial for murder.
Why? because it's happening to the only person on the planet that he could give a damn about, of course.
