Brad Perry back on TV

Fans of Brad Perry will be glad to see their favorite weatherman/comedian/singer/ etc back on TV Friday morning. Perry is booked as a guest on KNXV's Sonoran Living for Friday, May 29.

Perry had been a weather forecaster and roving correspondent for KTVK (Channel 3)'s powerhouse morning show, "Good Morning Arizona" for 11 years before being let go in a round of layoffs earlier this year. Since then he has been focusing on a music career, singing his own blend of country and easy-listening music.

In a video blog posted Thursday evening on his web site, Perry says he would like to return to a regular gig on local television and hopes his Friday morning appearance will set him on that path.

Sonoran Living airs on KNXV (ABC15) weekdays from 9-10am and is hosted by Stephanie Sandoval. Expect Perry to chat about his life after KTVK and sing a track or two from his upcoming EP, "Life Is Good".

I'm so dissappointed to hear that Brad has been laid off. I would have thought that others personally should have been let go before him. He brought talent and logistic to the news. The other news casters are fake and fake looking, no disrespect. Channel 3 will loose alot of viewers. The chief who made that stupid decision should be FIRED!
