Brad Paisley's Country Nation World Tour (presented by KRAFT Cheese) made a stop at the Xfinity Center last Saturday night (August 23, 2014). With it came my fourth time seeing Paisley in concert. I'm always impressed, even if it's mostly the same show each year. What impresses isn't the show, but Paisley himself; the most underrated guitarist in country music right now.

Paisley breezed through his newest hits and fan favorites, smiling through it all. He has a blast up there, and it's extremely contagious. From stealing fans' cellphones in order to shoot video while playing to executing one helluva medley mid-set and a wild Van Halen cover to follow it to venturing into the audience to make things personal, Paisley knows how to work the stage and the crowd alike. He may be mostly predictable to those who catch him every time he comes through, but in his case, that isn't really a bad thing.

Opening for Paisley was Charlie Worsham, Leah Turner and Randy Houser, three up-and-coming acts who - while not quite blowing me away - managed to impress.
