With the BP trial going on over these days over whos to blame , there is a lot of finger pointing at BP , Transocean and Halliburton ; and boy oh boy are the fingers are pointing so hard at each other that the bones are sticking thru.
However those are not the only companies to blame. Who else you may ask , what about the individuals onboard the Deepwater Horizion who knew what was going on and failed to report it.
These men are as guilty of murder as BP , Transocean and Halliburton. Onboard a deep water drilling rig or production facility there are a limited amount of personnel able to be housed in the living quarters. Those living quarters have social rooms such as the galley , TV room , and such and men talk. When men get nervous or upset about something seldom do they keep their mouths shut; they tell others. They tell their co workers so they will not be alone in knowing the danger or the criminal acts being committed.
Why didn't anyone speak up ? Why did not one single individual onboard the Deep Water Horizion speak up and stop the disaster from happening ? Of the 186 people onboard the drilling rig NO ONE knew what was going on ? This is a perfect example of "what goes on offshore stays offshore" the code of silence; guaranteing to keep a paycheck.
186 men kept their mouths shut to keep their paychecks coming. Murder for hire , onboard the Deep Water Horizion. These pathetic examples of human beings are a perfect example of the culture of the oil & gas offshore industry. BP , Transocean and Halliburton are just the unlucky ones who pushed it further than the others operating and drilling in the Gulf of Mexico.
Over the next few weeks you will read accounts of " office executives " and " classroom eperts " testifying who have never in their lives spent more than a few das offshore. Testifying to " the truth " of how safe or unsafe the series of events were that lead to the Mocondo disaster.
These men are a pathetic excuse of " experts " , they have not the slighest clue of the true danger and criminal activity which occurs offshore onboard production and drilling facilities.
The people who know " the truth the whole truth " are the men and women who work offshore every day to earn a living year after year , and they are to scared to setp forward to tell the truth , because they will lose their gravy train paycheck.
BP , Transocean , & Halliburton guilty of murder ? They are not the only ones , every man or woman who keeps quiet when they know of a criminal act or a safety violation should be in that court room with them facing the same fines and jail time for their cowardace and total lack of respect for human life.
Cowards and Scum, correctly named " offshore trash " who choose a pay check over human life, thats what those men did.
