BP & Transocean failed to use best available and safest technology in BOP unit

In this weeks testimony ' independent court appointed professional witnesses " testified that BP & Transocean failed to use the "best available and safest technology" in the selection and maintenance of the BOP safety device which failed to stop the flow of the Mocando well when it experienced a blow out.

And what is new about that in the offshore drilling industry ? NOTHING not a darn thing, the Gulf of Mexico Offshore Drilling Industry is as corrupt as any mafia orginaziation you will find.

Violating the law to make a profit , killing people in the act of violating the law, destroying all in their path , i have seen gangster movies which do the same , the days of Al Capone come to mind.

People need to wake up , big corporations utilize many of the same tatics as did the "gangsters' of the past, today they have more expensive suits and more experienced lawyers and more money, and are much more eloquent and refined in their criminal activities.

And in the end its all the same , the laws were violated , men were murdered , families were destroyed , innocent people got hurt and lost their homes and businesses, for what ? For gangster profits we now call corporations.
