Federal authorities detained a Puerto-Rican born American citizen for three days on suspicion of illegal immigrantion after he was arrested in Chicago on grand theft auto charges.

Though the man did have his birth certificate and other papers proving his American citizenship, federal authorities refused to release him on bail to his mother and threatened him with deportation anyway.

Only after the intervention of pro-open borders Rep. Luis Gutierrez did the suspect gain release on bond, though his grand theft auto charges are still pending.

In response to this racist, anti-immigrant outrage, Los Angeles and San Francisco have announced boycotts of Chicagon. Mexican President Felipe Calderon has eviscerated Chicago and threatened to cut of the state’s supply of cheap Mexican labor in retaliation.

Meanwhile, federal government officials under Obama have denounced the feds as guilty of Nazi behavior.

Oh, wait, what am I thinking? Enforcement of immigration law is only evil when Arizona does it.

Besides, Obamacrats have already milked the manufactured dustup over Arizona SB 1070 for all its worth with Latino voters, and for all his pandering all he’s gotten is a BP Oil Spill Katrina moment and this lousy 42% approval rating.

Note, under the Arizona immigration law, this suspected car thief would have been out on bail because he had his papers.

If he hadn’t had them, the draconian, evil, Nazist state law would have seen him drawn and quartered, with his head then summarily displayed on a border fence pike to warn potential border hoppers of their fate. And by that, I mean he would have been charged with a misdemeanor and fined.

In Chicago, federalis can hold you indefinitely papers or not, and you better hope to god your mother is the mistress of a Congressman otherwise it’s yo ho ho and a bottle of deportation for you, buddy.

Don’t hold your breath waiting for the typical outrage and boilerplate and doomsday talk from Obamacrats over the federal laws that allowed this to happen.

The whining and crying over AZ SB 1070 – which based on this test case appears to be a tame version of thirty-five year old federal law – was just a lame excuse for big media boobs to pander to Latinos, the Obamacrat version of ‘Yo quiero taco bell’.

And just as insufferable.

D.K., you crack me up man. I'll keep reading your article until the Arizona immigration thugs show up at my doorstep here in Florida and summarily deport me to Mexico on account of my Latino (whatever the heck that means) appearance. Or will it be the IRS over my insufficient health insurance coverage?

Why don't you visit Arizona? Arpaio, Brewer and Pearce don't like blacks either.
