It is not just about boycotting Casey Anthony, it is also about boycotting her minions, as well as the 12 jurors of Pinellas County that clearly ignored the 26 pages of jury instructions. We have seen restaurants not allowing the jurors in and this is probably just the beginning.
According to Florida State Statue regarding child abuse and neglect is:
Any recent act or failure to act on the part of a parent or caretaker, which results in death, serious physical or emotional harm, sexual abuse, or exploitation, or an act or failure to act which presents an imminent risk of serious harm"
What is clear is that the jurors neglected to do their civic duty. Many pundits are saying we should respect the jurors verdict. In reality, if we felt they made an educated decision, I am confident we could all respect it. However with the overwhelming evidence, although circumstantial, is still solid substantiated evidence, the jurors ignored it all. In their 11 hours of deliberations it is just not feasible they were able to come to any sound decision - except they didn't like George Anthony and they seemed to want to get home.
As we have listened to the first juror to get her payout and 15 minutes of airtime for speaking, known as juror #3 (Jennifer Ford), she makes no sense and clearly shows us their deliberations were with the opening statements. Again, clearly ignoring the jury instructions.
Our state prosecutors were nothing short of brilliant. Parenting is not an easy job, but to simply discard a child when you are done is despicable. Thanks to the 12 jurors, Caylee Marie will not have legal justice.
From that moment, a local Green Cove resident and father, Aris Fernandez, decided he would be a voice to protect Caylee's memory and hope all media outlets boycott Casey Anthony from profiting off of this verdict.
He is so angry about the Anthony verdict, he started a "Boycott Casey Anthony" Facebook page to spread the message nationwide.
This page started at zero is is climbing over 12,000 members and growing each minute. According to First Coast News Fernandez said, whatever the truth, Casey shouldn't profit from her daughter's death.
Many happen to agree with him. Join today and send the message.
