He does not eat any bread or sugar. He has given up coffee and tea, except at meals. The former Culture Club member sticks to water and “fizzy water” between meals. He also never goes more than five hours without eating.
George posted example photos of some of his meals. He enjoys lunches of "spicy broccoli cheese" and "Cannelloni bean and veggie curry."
