Parents send their children to school so their children can learn, not for them to be bullied and beaten to death.
After 12-year-old Bailey O'Neill got into a fight at Darby Township School weeks ago, this Pennsylvania boy had to be placed on life support because a bully allegedly hit him in the face repeatedly, breaking his nose. Bailey was also knocked to the ground, which caused a concussion.
According to ABC News, “Doctors placed Bailey into a medically induced coma after he began having violent seizures.” However, the boy was taken off life support Sunday and is now dead.
Unsurprisingly, “The Delaware County District Attorney's Office says it has opened an active criminal investigation.”
No child should be bullied. Parents send their children off to school, believing they will be safe. Unfortunately, some children are leaving school with many issues because they are tormented emotionally or physically by students with evil motives.
Parents, how do you feel about so many children being bullied?
